This 12 Year Old single malt Irish whiskey is first matured in carefully selected bourbon barrels and oloroso sherry casks before finishing in tequila casks from Jalisco, Mexico. Tasting Notes: Creamy butterscotch leads into spiced vanilla complemented with a hint of black olive, anise and toasted oak.
