Cloudy dark mahogany with a fluffy light tan head. Fruity with ripe apples, grapes and pears ... with hints of grain. Crisp with a textured mouth feel that seems to be on the smooth side. Warming and slightly spicy alcohol in the middle. Traces of red grapes, raisins and ripe apples in the fruitiness. Hint of carob and grain on the palate which leaves a ghost like smoke flavour. Touch of yeast in the finish with a little more carob.
